Somerset, KY – March 12, 2012 – Pulaski County Judge Executive, Barty Bullock, announced today that Pulaski County, Kentucky has updated its account with Emergency Communications Network, providers of the CodeRED high-speed notification solution and the CodeRED Weather Warning service.
